Hello,
A few weeks ago I was doing some cutting with my Para 2, and I managed to scratch up the entire presentation side of my blade. It was pretty bad, so I decided to try and match the Spyderco factory satin. It turned out pretty well, BUT my knife seems to be much more mirrored on the side I re-finished. It’s a pretty close match, but I want it to be as close as possible. I used 400 grit sand paper, and I just want to know if anyone has any tips.
I know some of you will say that scratches give the knife character, but that’s not what I’m going for.
Please help.
I didn’t find the right solution from the internet.
