I used the search feature and found nothing related to this vendor; if I missed something and there is a previous post to mine, please accept my apologies and direct me to said post. I don’t think this vendor posts nor has an account on The Samba. Also, I did see a few other VW parts at this particular shop and that tells me that other VW people are indeed using this shop for plating.Second, there are a lot of pictures to view. This is to get my point across as it’s somewhat difficult to convey what happened to me without plenty of photos that are clear and show the results of my bumpers. I’ve taken the liberty to reduce the size of the pics to 800×600 where I could I wanted to make this post a couple of weeks ago but with the holidays, work and falling ill for a bit, I was not able to do so. As of today, I’m still extremely pissed off about what happened to me and I wanted to make this post as an opinion and to take warning as to what might happened to you. I’m not saying that you should not go there but merely annotating my experiences with this particular vendor in the Mobile, Alabama area. Only you can make an informed decision about where to have your chrome plating done on the gulf coast.
